ISD limited is a company specialising in traffic control for signalised networks and intersections; using experience and the latest software to develop and implement initiative techniques to control vehicular and pedestrian traffic with signals.

ISD limited has designed, tested and setup signal control at hundreds of intersections throughout the UK and Ireland. Clients include consultants, contractors, local authorities and national highway authorities.

Stuart works dynamically by combining over 24 years industry experience with detailed knowledge of the major manufacturers equipment and emerging technology to benefit a scheme, regardless of the design complexity or hardware used.
